This is the EZ Cheese award winning thread topic of the last year but in an effort to keep things "lively" I thought we could all participate.

Here are the steps:

1. Take the first three letters of your last name.

2. Plus the first two letters of your first name.

3. Along with the first two letters of your mom's maiden name.

4. Finally add the first three letters of the city you were born in.

Or you could go the "official" LucasFilm route (a la Coleman Trebor)and start with your last name first and then spell your first name backwards.
