Where to hold C4 poll

I am going to start putting 10 dollars a week into a special savings account starting June 1 then when they announce the location I will make the decision to continue to save more. If it isn't Indy, Louisville, or Cincinnati then I will save my money for my own apartment to lease next year. If it is then I am going to CIV. I got a feeling the official announcement is going to come until the end of the summer. Just a gut feeling! I think they announced CIII 6-7 months before the actually day.
