holy grail is more well known, but brian is a much better/funnier film.

 

I second that. Holy Grail is fantastic, but Life of Brian is better.

 

I think Holy Grail is funnier. I love British humour, hence my .sig. And the funniest thing about HG is that the armor is accurate for the period, which no other film got right. If you read Thomas Mallory's Le Mort de Roi Artu, you'll find half the stuff in the film existed - Castle Perilous, Tim the Enchanter...

However, I never saw Monty Python & The Holy Grail in a theater!

I really love the life of brian it still makes me laugh even though I can never actually see it all the way through I always get interrupted but I also like the holy grail the bunny is really great and the knight.
