The six GL films. If I really had to pick a trilogy I'd choose the OT, but I do love the PT too and everything they added to SW in terms of world-building, themes and emotive moments. I saw them soon enough after the OT (the 1997 SE re-release) for the six films to feel like one saga.

OT and PT are both great. I think the ST is awful.

I love them all. However, if forced to pick one, I choose the OT. It has yet to be surpassed.

OT, but the PT is close enough behind where I consider myself a saga fan.

the PT. I like visually interesting movies, Some things fell flat at times and some things not as connected as they could have been, but it's gorgeous to look at.

the OT feels lived in. And had great character moments, but lacks the 'GFFA' aspect the PT manages to pull off.

the ST is what students should watch in film school in how not to rush a trilogy just because you brought the rights to something 5 days earlier.

Rogue One + OT (I basically consider that a 4 movie series now).

PT/ST - meh...... what's funny is those two trilogies have the exact opposite problems. Still - I won't say I hate them, especially because I know other people enjoy them so I'm happy they were made because more happiness in the world is always good (and I've managed to get at least some entertainment out of them at various points in my life. In the right mood TFA and ROTS can both be pretty good)

While I find the OT the best on paper, followed by the PT and then the ST, I’m pretty much the opposite when it comes to my enjoyment of actually watching the films outright. I don’t find much enjoyment out of watching the OT anymore.

Prequel Trilogy is my favourite, although I am definitely a fan of the Original Saga from Episode I to Episode VI. Both the OT and the PT benefit greatly from each other and it would be a severe loss to both if you exclude the other. It's just that the tone of the Prequels was... special, which was only made more apparant with the Sequels lacking any character of their own. You got to breathe the universe in Episode I, II, II and the characters were the most human, after all. There is a sincerity to Obi-Wan, Anakin, Padmé that's not quite matched by the more archetypical heroes of the OT and certainly not even remotely by the audience-pleasing, meta rambling wanna-be Marvels of the ST.

I voted for the PT, but I'm mostly a fan of the six Lucas films.

I feel like watching just that trilogy in one day again. I've only done it once and it was a very good experience. It's arguably the most cohesive trilogy of the three. Probably because it's all George Lucas.

OT- I was seven years old when I first saw ANH, and a large part of my moviegoing heart is attached to that movie and its two immediate sequels. Plus its a great story that still resonates to this day.
