This poll is yet another twisted production of those who are crusading to have the unaltered OT released on DVD. Perhaps if Lucasfilm finds this one small poll on the internet, it'll see the value of releasing the O-OT. :p

As for me, I would also buy both. I still have a copy of the O-OT on VHS (a barely-used set I found at a garage sale of all places), but sadly, even those tapes are wearing out now.

I'd buy both just for the sake of having them.

Only the SE. It's not worth buying almost-identical DVDs, even if it is Star Wars.

I would most likely buy both, but can only promise to appreciate OT whole-heartedly.

If i had to choose only 1 ... definitely the OT. but if both came out I would get both for my collection. hell, if GL redo the PT and OT again and make them the Ultimate Edition i would get any and all versions.

I would buy both so that I could watch ANH:SE, ESB:SE, and ROTJ:eek:T, and have the others just to have.

Since I have more versions of the Original OT than the SE on video, I'd buy both.

That's not to say I enjoy every S.E. change, nor do I enjoy every technical limitation in the originals.

I don't agree with the Lucas policy of S.E.'s or nothing!
If it wasn't for the original theatrical releases of the OT, he wouldn't have the money or fanbase to make Special Editions and Prequels!!

Both versions. I want to own the original that made history and the remastered version. :)

    Both: the Orininal, Historical version
and the new, "as it was always meant to be"-version

    preferably the Original.

Both versions, although I think the non-SE DVD's would get a lot more use than the SE's.

Even though I prefer the O-OT over the SE's I would still buy both.

I would by both only to compare the two editions. But Lucas said that he wouldn't realease the OE, and Lucas is an honorable man. ;)

Both, but only if they came together and I didn't have to buy them separately. Only then. If that doesn't happen, then definetly the SE's. Jabba in ANH is great :D
