Who do you want to meet? (guest speculations)

Sir Christopher Lee, that's for sure! Though dunno with his age and all if he'd be able to come to the states. But yeah, that's my dream person I'd like to meet!

Jimmy would be great too! The actor (who plays Bail) looks to be a cool guy outside the script so I bet he'd be awesome to meet!

 

I second the request for Harrison Ford, that's my dream guest. i would literally start bawling if i met him (not in front of him but like afterwards i would) but yeah, small chance

Temuera Morrison was a sweetheart at C3 so i'd like to see him again and Shannon McRandle (love her)

I agree with these too! Especially after seeing Jimmy in "Dexter"!

 

I'm going to see Ray Parks and Daniel Logan next month, so I'll ask them if they plan on going.

I'd be pleased to meet or talk to just about anyone, but this time around I'm most fascinated by the voice actors for the Clone Wars. I've always found that type of acting to be very interesting, especially for those who can do a bunch of different voices.

Naturally I'd jump at the chance to meet any actor from any of the films, but I found at CIII that the most interesting sessions that I attended were the behind the scenes ones that had the animators and artists showing and explaining how they created what we saw on screen. I'll be all over things like that this time around too.

 

I, too, enjoy the panel discussions about how the films or Clone Wars are made. I'll be happy to see any of those folks.

As for meeting and/or autographs, I wish I could meet Ben Burtt, any of the major actors, and Mary Franklin. I have to go through my Guide to Characters books, which is where I collect my autographs, and see who's next.

Oh, and John Williams, that would be incredibly cool.

I agree w/ who ever said the handmaiden girls- they have never been to a Celebration and that interests me.

I've never really been to a con- so I want to meet the regulars as well as some people who played characters I loved-basically-they should just invite everyone

I wouldn't mind seeing the actresses who played the handmaidens including Keira Knightley (Sabé) and Rose Byrne (Dormé).

I would love to see Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford since I managed to attend Carrie Fisher's panel for CIV. Although, I wouldn't mind seeing her again. She was great at her panel.

Aside from George himself (was sick on his day of panel so couldn't attend ), I would love to see John Williams too.

Otherwise, meeting the artists and writers was an enjoyable experience. I loved collecting exclusive artworks from the artists from the previous celebrations (my biggest expenditures outside of hotel/travel).

Since CV is celebrating ESB, Jeremy definitely needs to be there as well as the actors from The Clone War (currently in the news) or the people associated with the upcoming live action.

 

I doubt Kiera would ever show up, nor would Sophia Ford Coppola, but some of the other girls would be interesting to meet.

 

Last year I met Karol Cristina da Silva (Rabé) and Lisa Lloyd (unnamed) at conventions in London, England. So they would most likely come to CV if asked and if their calendar permits.

To those in doubt, Lisa is Jake's mother. She was asked to fill in as a handmaiden since she was around the set looking after Jake anyway.

Personally I would love to meet any main key characters that hasn't already been to (or at least normally doesn't go to) conventions.

 

Steve Sansweet. @ C3 I met him and got my pic taken w/him, but was a little x-cited about meeting him and forgot to ask for an autograph. Shouldn't be too hard though. I would also like to meet the voice actors from the Clone Wars series. I missed Fan Days this year so seeing them here would be cool.

 

Steve's easy to find just wandering around the convention.

I would really like to meet Liam or Portman. I know I'll get stuck with Mayhew. HAHA! I met him at the NYCC a few years back. He was cool. He was sitting right next to Ray Park. My wife instantly became a fan of Darth Maul. HAHA!

 

I was her Official Pix escort on the 2nd or 3rd day of C IV. Great lady to work with and very friendly to everyone. She had a baby a few weeks prior and so she had to attend to some, uhh, "duties" every half hour or so, but even then, she was fantastic. Her and I also discussed a lot of things and she is quite insightful, I would recommend meeting her to just about any fan in attendance.

Also, Jeremy Bulloch is a pleasure to work with too. I also got to escort him and his wife as well and they were both a delight. Simon Williamson (Max Rebo) is also very pleasant to work with as I was his escort for C3. I also ran into him at C4 and he remembered who I was but also remembered my name. Meet the guy if you can, he's a real class act.

 

I'm not sure if they're still seeing each other, but if Rose would show, I wonder if she'd bring her other half, Nash Edgerton (Obi's stunt double), who happens to be the brother of Joel Edgerton (Young Owen Lars).
