The correct term is "couldn't care less". Using "could care less" implies that you currently do care.

Now I know the clear difference between "your" and "you're".

Your is meaning something belonging to you and
you're is what you say in the place of "you are".

I know the difference.
However I type my messages so fast that sometimes my hands type "your" when I mean to say "you're". It is not because I don't know the difference. It is because my thoughts are traveling at a rapid pace and my fingers are trying to catch everything on the keyboard and sometimes they just don't.
