    I voted for Ozzie Smith. Although there are a lot of great names up there I don't think some of the new guys deserve the "tag" greatest SS of all time. I mean Nomar and Jeter are great don't get me wrong. But they haven't put in the years yet, so it's hard to judge them.

    I know Ozzie doesn't quite have impressive numbers but his career avg was .302 unless I'm mistaken, and his defense was second to none. I mean, he got balls that no other human could have gotten. His superb defense more than makes up for any offensive weaknesses.
