Since half of my childhood revolved around wanting to be like Leia, I'm going to go with Han. He was my first ever crush and established my taste in men for years to come.(Although I have to say that I've had a longtime crush on Ewan McGregor as well, even since before I saw the PT so he's my number 2).

As for EU characters I always imagined Dash Rendar from Shadows of the Empire as extremely hot.
