But didn't Krayt initiate it? There was a big meeting scene on Dac after Stazi captured that advanced Star Destroyer with Mon Calamari help. Krayt was there, very angry, and he ordered the population wiped out, and said "We'll begin with the Mon Calamari at hand."(those present for the meeting.)

 

Yeah but he died soon after-Wyyyrlok actually oversaw the genocide.

 

From what I've seen, Palpatine. Vitiate was pretty terrible as well. I've never read the Vong stories, but I'd imagine their leaders are pretty terrible based on the death toll.

 

Onimi was the crazy evil, Tsavong Lah was the warlord evil, and Anor was the ambitious evil. Shimmrra by the Vong war had lost his mind. Though I think he did reassert himself at some points.

I'd say Palpatine is my first choice, followed by Tarkin. Just the pure ease he showed when making the decision to destroy Alderaan. He wiped out an entire planet of people, and didn't hesitate in that decision. Palpatine is my first choice because he was behind so much of everything that was going on.

Palpatine wasn't evil guys. He only did it all so he could fight the Vong. /s

 

Palpatine is an obvious choice, but there are a couple that work as well. Cronal was beyond evil, a complete sociopath with absolutely nothing close to remorse. Atha Prime/Zeta Magnus was a master cloner... and a cannibal that deeply enjoyed causing suffering and experimenting with living beings.

And, well, even if he was later redeemed, during the whole Imperial era, Vader was evil to a pretty extreme degree too...

 

YEAH Vader is pretty extreme considering he killed all the younglings in the temple
