    Connery, closely followed by Dalton.

    Brosnon is good, but he's been plagued by awful scripts. Die Another Day was the worst Bond ever, IMO.

    Sean Connery. He was the first James Bond I ever saw. Roger Moore and Pierce Bronsnon were good too.

    I voted for Sean Connery because he immediately comes to my mind and I think his portrayal is the best. Interestingly, the first Bond movies I watched were the ones with Roger Moore.

    1. Brosnan. He seems to have been born for the role.

    2. Connery. Excellent actor, but when I think Bond I picture Brosnan first and Connery second.

    3. Dalton. Probably the best combat Bond IMO.

    4. Lazenby. Decent, but not good.

    5. Moore. Watch any fight scene with Moore and you should know why he is in dead last. His fistfights were utter garbage.

    I've really grown up with Pierce Brosnan as Bond so he is my favorite. Sean Connery is #2 though.
