Census Who's better? Sonic or Shadow?

I wholeheartedly agree! I hope even though he’s retired he returns for Sonic 3.

Idris Elba was such a good Knuckles, he surpassed all depictions in my opinion.

 

Shadow the Hedgehog is here. And Jim Carrey will be back. Not sure if this laugh is from Shadow or Carrey as Robotnik, however. But that's the intent.

The origin of Shadow's loathing for humanity is this poor girl's death. Maria Robotnik was like a sister to him. However, when he later overcomes his amnesia and remembers the promise he made to her, he decides to protect humanity despite his general disdain for them...which is what makes him the best character in 2006's Shadow the Hedgehog.
