Who's the tallest guy in SW.

No monsters (the beast in Jabba's lair) or robots (AT-AT walkers) included. Just heroes/villains. I'd say Count Dooku. I saw a guy standing on a chair to fix Christopher Lee's make-up (behind the scenes snap in the DVD). He's maybe taller than Prowse.

 

I know you said no monsters but the Wampa was the only inhabitant on Hoth tall enough to put the star on top of the Rebels Life Day tree.

To answer your actual question I'd have to go with Chewie.

 

Qui Gon \ Dooku \ OT Vader - it's difficult to tell if you don't see them standing next to each other, but as far as I know Dooku is 6'5", Liam Neeson is in the same neighborhood, maybe slightly shorter.

Yeah, it's unquestionably Chewie, unless you count him as a monster, which is weird. Other than that it'd have to be Dooku or Vader (in armor).

 

Neeson is 6'4", Lee is 6'6".
I'd guess Chewie would be the tallest - if not the character size, then the actual size of Peter Mayhew. I think he's close to 7'22", he's the third tallest person in the UK or something.

EDIT: Checking up on Chewie, the character's height is meant to be about 7'5". Guess that makes him the tallest. Dave Prowse is meant to be around 6'7".

If we are counting EU I would definately have to say Lord Nyax. I mean c'mon he beats everyone, the guy is like nine feet tall. I wish I could be that tall.

You wouldn't want to be nine feet tall. My husband is 6'6" and it is impossible to find clothes for him. (But part of that is the fact that he only weighs like 180).

 

Well on the right side of it, no one would dare pick on me, my mother would actually let me have a bigger room, I could get the clothes I like because they'd have to be homemade, and I would have no problem with reaching stuff on high shelves.

 

And you'd knock your head against doorframes, chandelliers, ceilings, low branches. Cars would be too small for you, you'd have to stick your head through the sunroof. Shoes would be a problem too. A 9 foot person would probably wear like size 25 shoes or something... and those aren't so easily home made. Being tall is cool, but being too tall is a pain!

 

I went to the Myth and Majic thing and easily chewie is the tallest, im still wondering whos shorter, leia or padme, also anakin was quite tall
