Looking through the index and scrolling though the pages, I see most of these topics are locked.

Does anyone know why this is?

 

threads automatically get locked after no one's posted in them for about six months or so.

 

Zebra is dead on. Threads that receive no activity are auto-locked by the system. Many of the threads in our index are older and have not had any traffic for a significant amount of time. If you, or anyone else would like a certain thread unlocked, simply PM Conor or myself.

But anyway, I my question is answered, and I guess this thread
will join the graveyard of dead threads!
