Why cant I make a topic in the AOTC and TPM boards?

Aren't the AOTC and TPM boards being closed? That could be a factor.

Use the PT forum if you want to talk about TPM and AOTC. And the TPM and AOTC forums will be archived in the future from my understanding.

Yes, there are sticky threads in both forums explaining what the deal is. I would suggest reading them rather than posting a thread in Comms.
