CT Why did two Stormtroopers deviate from the other troopers in the Tantive IV battle scene?

    In A New Hope, there are two Imperial Stormtroopers who run into other passageways instead of following the other troopers. Why did they do this? Why were the Stormtroopers quickly moving down the hallway too in that scene? I'd love to read detailed explanations for this. The Tantive IV battle is my favorite Star Wars battle.
