Solo Why do you think Solo is going to be amazing?

Are you looking forward to Solo as much as me?

 

I simply can't believe Kathleen Kennedy thinks Ron Howard and his Oscars are any kind of substitute for the lofty creative prowess that is Rian Johnson.

 

Because it's SOLO: "It's not the years honey. It's the mileage"

 

Because of the Star Wars world.

 

Opie will finally get back at Bob Falfa for crashing his car with his girlfriend who went on to become roomies with Laverne!

Biggest reason is easily Alden. Harrison Ford hated the portrayal of Han Solo and wanted him killed off for a long time. It’s about time someone who truly loves the character plays the role!

Because we finally have a GOOD actor playing Han, someone who fits the role better than Ford ever did. Maybe after 41 years, the character will finally catch on with fans and audiences.

 

Why will it be amazing? Because Ron Frickin Howard directed Apollo 13.

The Falcon actually looks real again instead of the ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CG version from the ST! Also I loved Emilia Clarke in that thing she did with the characters.

 

To be quite honest.... I think the interiors of the Falcon looked a tiiiinny little too dirty to me in the Solo trailer. This is not a negative complaint, it's just something I noticed. But I'm sure that it will look perfect once I see the movie.

Trailers can be misleading.

 

I’m still shocked that they made a movie about a plastic cup. Shocked that it took them so long really. Will those cups be properly disposed of or will they be left all over the house and in the front lawn to be picked up the next day when the people that live at the house wake up at noon with a raging hangover?
