Easy, show there are enough Edmontonians around and simply ask for it.

No muss, no fuss.

Edit: If you look down the messages here, you will find one for Edmonton area fans to "check in". You can use that as an argument there are enough people from Edmonton on the boards.

Part of the problem is not enough Edmontonians have expressed an interest in starting a FanForce chapter, and that is really what the city forums are for.
