Why not turn this into a general food and cooking forum?

    It's just a suggestion. I'm sure there's lots of food aside from pancakes and waffles that can be discussed here and will have more threads.

    you could always subvert the forum. how about recipes that you could say are a topping for a pancake or a waffle?

    e.g. darth voldemort's recipe for a fois gras topping for a waffle.
    1.darth voldermort stuffs a goose
    2.darth voldermort stuffs a goose
    3.darth voldermort stuffs a goose
    4.darth voldermort's wife walks in on darth voldermort stuffing a goose
    5 darth voldermort's wife moves in with her sister
