Ooh, I hope I can make it. That's 8PM here, so I can't see why I'd have a problem. I'm really glad you didn't hold this two days ago, 'cause I have been having a devil of a time getting online at night. And I didn't have ANY warning.

Let's see, things to do . . . Write acceptance speech(es), find a date- eh, screw the date- I mean, um, FORGET the date . . . I'll be appearing stag, a bold statement on my part . . . NOT! Unless someone wants me to attend as their "date".

What time should we start arriving? Are there any rules on anything?

I think someone should PM nominees the day before, remind them. 'Cause I'll probably forget.

All I know is that it's going to be a little tight. I might show up a wee bit late if everything goes as planned. X2 is coming out on friday and I have to go see it. Since the awards will start 10pm my time, I'm hoping to see the movie and be back before they start.

Well I've had my X2 tickets for over two weeks and there at 7:30, that's 6:30 board time. I'm in trouble.

Barring any unfortunate occurrences at work tonight, I'll be in probably around 9:00 - 9:30 board time. Actually, I'm still debating attendance after looking at the competition again. I'm sure as hell not working on any acceptance speeches.

Ok. I'm horrible at this time difference thing. It's 2:03 pm, where I am now, so what time should I expect the awards if it's going to be 7pm board time? According to board time now, it's still morning.

Aeryn, you're sitting at Eastern Standard Time zone like me. It'll be 10PM for us when the awards start.

 

I did the calc. and it came out to 10 and I was afraid it was going to be 10. Well, my nomination happens earlier on. After that, I can just go to sleep.
