Yeah Sweden did great in the final and we win the last period ;)
But ofcourse Canada is the best team and should win the gold.

Congratz to the gold German take in the Biathlon Men's 4x7.5 km Relay.
But it was so close that Sweden had won the bronze.

I'm looking forward to the Men's Ice Hockey Final between Sweden and Finland. I'm rooting for the Super Swedes ;)
But Finland were fantatsic tonight against Russia, so may be quite tight.

I also saw the final for the Women's curling, also won by Sweden (congrats!!). The Swiss team put up a great fight though and I wouldn't have minded them winning it either.

Sadly looks like team GB will only end up with the one medal, but it was a good medal to get :p

This is really a great Olympics for Sweden... got the 6th gold today, in biathlon, whoo! And the hockey final will be sooo exciting tomorrow. It is always exciting when Sweden and Finland meet, and in an Olympic final... it's going to be great. :)

Soon it will be over, it is a bit sad... I love the Olympics, I'm not usually into sports, but I like these big things. Fun to watch the more unusual sports too, like freestyle and snowboard and stuff.

It's over. :_| And it's 4 years until Vancouver, I don't care as much about the summer olympics as I do about the winter olympics.

It's been a wonderful Swedish olympics as well, we've never been this good. The only think I was hoping for more was that we could have gotten a medal in cross country skiing on the longer distances as well.

Could someone post the medal tally? I forgot it was over. I don't suppose Australia got anything, did we?

The complete medal tally (Sorry for the German...)

CONGRATULATIONS to the swedish team winning the ice hockey tournament! :D
I heard it was a tight and very thrilling final.

The Germans shouldn't get too used to beeing the most successful team. It's summer olympics in 2008 :p
But it's nice to lead the medal tally :D ;)

    Arrivederci Turino!

I was very happy to see Canada win 24 medals. It was quite an accomplishment as we only have 31 million people and not alot of funding for our Athletes.

You do have a lot of snow though Mike, which comes in handy ;)

Congratulations to Germany!!! An excellent team performance :D

The Men's Ice Hokey Final was a great game. The winning goal was brilliant.
I really enjoyed this Olympics, mainly because it was in Italy so it was on at a decent hour.
It has also cranked up the anticipation level for the World Cup this Summer!!

Canada did well with the 24 medals, but we missed out on the most important one (in my opinion), men's hockey. Sweden won a gold (men's) and a silver (women's) in hockey, so I suppose they've earned the international bragging rights.

Matt it has been a really wacky winter in Canada this year. I think that we have had a total of 10 inches since early December.

Mike, if we had ten inches here in Vancouver I think they would declare a state of emergency. We like to keep the snow where it belongs, on the mountains.

Well this weekend we got almost half a metre of snow here, it's beautiful unless you were outside trying to shoot a film when the snow came.

Anyway have you seen the campaign for Olympics on Hoth 2014? Quite funny.
