Would you take a job that was sort of morally questionable

I sort of need responses today, interview is scheduled tomorrow. I've been looking for work for months, almost a year... I'm not sure I'll find anything else in my field so soon.

I'm a graphic designer, the position is in adult pornography. It deals with both gay and straight pornography. I've been looking for work... It's not something I really wanted to do. But, I told myself a job is a job... I would be designing ads of people doing the nasty...

Do you think I should reconsider? It's not like I can really show my work to others.Experience is experience?

Absolutely. If it pays well, I'd do just about anything. As long as you're not hurting anyone (at least no one that doesn't deserve it) go for it. I'm not rich, I don't think that a job I would take would reflect personally on me. It's for the money, nothing else.

 

Only 12 an hour...which is more than I make now, and it's in my field.

 

If you need experience in your field, take it. If you're going to be embarrassed to put it on your CV or to mention it in a future job interview, don't take it.
