One way to avoid bird strikes?
Not doing much for the Vacseal on that A Wing there Zara.....
I got my monthly issue of VFW Magazine in the mail yesterday, and I'm flipping through it hoping for some interesting history articles, I turn the page and there's one titled Daring PoW Raid on Son Tay. Nice timing, VFW.
"We are going to rescue 70 American prisoners of war, maybe more, from a camp called Son Tay," announced Col Arthur Bull Simons, combat veteran of WW2, Korea, and Vietnam. "You are to let nothing interfere with this operation. Our mission is to rescue prisoners, not to take prisoners. If there's been a leak, we'll know it as soon as the second or third chopper sets down. We'll make them pay for every foot."
Are the plans for that one laid out?!
Sent from my X Wing via sub space.
There's a recon photo of the camp, it's not much like ours, not nearly as many buildings.
Hmmmmm So no real idea on how to do this? I imagine the ground fire will be heavy...........and aren't those pesky Defenders nearby? And me with a lemon of a ship............lovely.
Amber is coming to save us!?
I think staying in the camp will be safer...
Her wonderful D11 Lemon will drop out of the sky and land on the barracks!!
A noble sacrifice which will be appreciated by all, I'm sure...
Not if they are in the barracks when I go down!
So you'll all go up in a blaze of glory... I'm sure that's how Amber would like to go.
She'd like someone to remember her in a nice way at least You sound like Max is not the one to do that!
LOL. It would take her a while. But I think she'd be a little sorry...
I am sure Kayn will be sad...
He'd be breathing a sigh of relief, then singing and dancing 'Ding dong the witch is dead...'
Right @Sarge ?
Or witch which?

Didn't they make a TV movie out of that one? Creepy! I read about this one in a book, but the author cited the website. At this time of year, I love a good ghost story. Several of the old RAF bases are said to be haunted, too...
Sorry about the double post, but... RIP Sean Connery. To me, he will always be THE James Bond.
They were far enough apart, its all good. I was never a Bond fan, found him ........I dunno......sexist? BUT I loved Sean and was very sad by his passing.
His passing is sad.
He was brilliant, not just as Bond but in Entrapment, Indiana Jones, Murder on the Orient Express just to name a handful of great films with him in it.
Anyway, back on Target...
