Anyone up for a lovely festive xmas meet up?
It depends on when and where for me now that I have a job. But provisionally, me!
As long as I don't actually have to celebrate Christmas, why not
Fair deuce, but you could go with the whole 'Santa and his reindeer' version of Christmas. That has more to do with commercialism than Christianity
Still seems like a pointless waste of money to me
Anyway, I shall stop my thread derailing before hal or Spike find out...
Well you could celebrate that it's winter... and it might snow.. and then you can pretend you're on Hoth and dress up as a Wampa... see Christmas is fun
And my thoughts on Xmas echo Cobra's.
Darn... Hang on a sec - haven't you just managed to re-derail the thread?
Terrible how easily distract...e..d.. ooooh pretty xmas lights and baubles!
Hmm what was i saying?
Hmmm so where do you peeps wanna meet up? and when?
I can make it to Salisbury again, Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Reading, and places in that sort of area, anywhere I can get to easily by train
I'm free 25th Nov, 26th Nov, 4th Dec, maybee 6th Dec, 18th Dec, & 19th Dec.
Term ends on the 12th of December but I was planning on staying in Portsmouth until the 20th.
Portsmouth is easy to get to by train, maybe a meeting on the 6th could work? We could do some Christmas shopping/retail therapy at Gunwharf, maybe see a film?
Well, holding the meet on the 6th December would remove mine and Sinre's excuse, it being a Saturday and all...
I wouldn't be adverse to going to Portsmouth, or any of Moose's other suggestions, but I'm not sure the guys would appreciate a shopping trip
6th would be good, Portsmouth is bit far for me for a day trip though
For me, weekends are the worst time
Nope, Kira, I work weekends, and Uni most weekdays.
Sinrebirth and Cobra, what days are ya free?
Basically the weeks around Christmas and New Year themselves. Only weektime I get off from college nowadays I spend doing coursework.
No idea, as far as I'm aware.
How about the 27th? Or is that too close to Christmas?
