Xwing vs Tie Fighter ship patch help?

    i know this game may seem outdated to some of u but i just recently started playing it again but i have a problem installing the draconious ship patch

    when i run the exe my prompt tells me it is a bad command or file name and gets stuck in a never ending loop

    could it be something to do wtih my windows XP path?

    any help would be greatly appreciated
