Now to let everyone Down Under realize what we learned on Friday (before we broke for a 3 day Holiday).

My students learned about

(1) How GEORGOUS it is in Southern Australia!

(2) Forced Perspective Photography! (The pic of Yoda on the beach at Sunset (or was that Sunrise.) Lots of fun using the iPhone to show the kids how it all works. (Plus.. from me...BEAUTIFUL SHOT!!! BREATHTAKING!!)

(3) So THAT'S what an Emu looks like!!! LOL (Yes, guys, they really do exist!!!)

(4) That life is completely unfair when we had foggy, "can't see across the school yard foggy" AND freezing cold!!! But Down Under it is nice, warm, and people get to go to the BEACH!!!! ROFL

Awesome. Shame I didn't meet Yoda, but it goes to show that even a brief stay in this state can leave a good impression.

I love traveling, and want to do heaps more especially overseas, but there's definitely no place like home

ie. we may not know how to drive, but at least we have sensible roads (cf. Vic and NSW)
