Also know I'm old because:
My knees have been making awful noises for some time now. Not your annoying flipper noises mind you, that grating together kinda creak. Now they hurt occasionally when I squat down. NO!

Seriously. Have you omega 3 for you. And 6 and 9 while you're at it. (Not sure what they do but better safe than sorry)
