Char, NC YOU like the new Bobcats Uniforms

I must live in a shell or something.. but when the hell did we get a new basketball team? I heard plans of maybe getting a new one.. but damn.

When did all of this happen?

And those uniforms suck:

The Hornet's looked a bit better.

Then again, all sports can die.
Unless it's something you play and not watch.

I'm not voting each what shown here. It kinda of so-so. I think it kinda silly to have the hometeam uniform say Bobcats on front of the uniform & having it said Charlotte when away. I prefer the uniform just stick with Bobcats on the front like many other teams has in both home & away. And about the design, I quite like the orange look. I know it hard to see how the uniform look, but I think it will grow on us soon. I mean when Charlotte first got the Hornets, many hated the name & look. But it grew on them. We'll see.

 

It's just that Charlotte has such a blue colour in nature.

I miss the Hornets already.

 

I think they should ditch the basketball team and get a professional hockey team. Even though this year's season is down the toilet because no one can agree on a contract.

 

I had the chance to meet Bob Johnson, the owner of the team. He's a great guy...but Charlotte, and NC, didn't need another Basketball team. We had one and they didn't do too hot.

We need a baseball team. And I stand by that.

 

We have a professional hockey team.

 

Hornets=good
Bobcats=okay

 

I know the Bobcats are not doing that well, but in time they will get good. Many expansion teams go through this. Have faith.

 

I used to go watch the Hornets all the time. I loved it. We had season tickets every year. Sometimes, i even got to sit almost on the floor. That was great fun.

I haven't had a chance to see the Bobcats yet. I'm hoping to, though.
