Full Series Yularen in Rebels

Perhaps Yularen was a force sensitive and precognition/clairvoyancy came to him in the form of compulsive & involuntary narration.

Indeed I do doubt that the core of the Republic military officers' corps comes from the Judicials, but it must be a different entity nonetheless. Their job is radically different, thus requiring a different ethos (or developing it during the War). The importance of that job is also much bigger, at least temporarily. Since the Republic military is now a lot larger than the Judicial Forces, the (non-clone) personnel probably does not only come from the Judicials but also from other sources like the planetary defense forces, local navies, and so on.

A combination of these factors would lead to an understanding and self-image different from the old Judicial officers' corps, I think. Therefore I would describe them as a new player, capable of challenging the Jedi in terms of importance and competence - something they could not when they were peacekeeping and law-enforcing Judicials. But I understand your point nonetheless. The persons would often be the same.

 

Yularen could be the new Palleone.

 

Rebels can reveal that Yularen is responsible for the Star wars opening crawl. He got tired of using his voice, so he started typing with a magical typewriter that creates flying words in space.

 

It all makes sense the Yularen is the wills theory is thicking.

Does anyone know when that Yularen lego figure becomes available?

 

It's a May the 4th (SW Day) promotional figure. Usually is given when a certain amount of money is spent on SW lego either from lego.com or local stores.

 

Welp... looks like Amazon for me.

 

As a Lego-Fan I'd go for the shopping of larger sets at the Lego Store. After all, they sometimes offer a quite notable discount on Star Wars Day, too. It is the perfect opportunity to get a larger set for a lower price, plus a nice promo. (Also the Amazon prices on the promo figures are sometimes just [censored]).

 

I think that it is possible! I liked him in the clone wars but the only other time you see him is in A New Hope I think? And in episode 4 he is a Colonel and is a member of the Imperial Security Berau.

Maybe - given his association with the ISB in the old EU, he'll be Kallus's superior and Kallus will be seen reporting to him?

 

That's what I hope we end up seeing. After the EU reboot I doubt they kept the ISB for nothing. Yularen was a prominent character in TCW after all.

 

The last EU work to use Yularen was Imperial Handbook: A Commander's Guide. He was the "in-universe writer" of the first section of the book: "Part 1: The Imperial Military".

 

I thought he was not a ISB anymore but with Naval Intellegence.
