Also....Sorry @Kurisan, no dwarf yet. I didn't see dwarves listed as a possible race, so was unsure as to their availability. A comprehensive race list may be needed at some point, just a suggestion! Also I hadn't planned on a dwarf this time anyway (though I have RPed as some in the past!).

Yeah ain't a bad idea. Perhaps when you meet Zalzabar....if you are fortunate to enough get to that stage...

EDIT: In terms of races most 'mainstream' fantasy races exist within Regnum. So a short (noncomprehensive list):

Orcs
Goblins
Humans
Elves
Dwarves
Fairies
and of course half-species of various kinds.

These are the 'commonly accepted' races meaning people don't dispute they exist....there are some other, rarer races our heroes may come across in the future.... Also the only three 'real' dragons that are commonly known are....you guessed it the three. Actually dragons, that are just dragons aren't a thing people think exist. (Like even Zalzabar doesn't think they are real)

Hmm... a question

1. Are ryujins obvious? The detection is a bit sporadic. Is it as easy as looking at a ryujin to tell they are ryujin or is it something akin to being able to sense them?

 

Judging by the way everyone has been writing so far, it feels like a sense with those attuned to such things. But final call rests with @Shadowsun.

 

I'm treating it as both 'sense' and 'racial'. Unless the fact is being concealed, Ryujin can recognize other Ryujin because they are all 'part dragon' and have the same origins. Others may not be able to recognize them unless they reveal themselves, but they sense each other. As @Darth_Elu said, the GM has final say on that.

So, obvious to each other, but not to others in my estimation. But I've been wrong before in my assumptions.

 

Alrighty.....so yeah what Grey says is pretty much what I had in mind. To add to that though some 'magical beings' who are not ryujin can also detect ryujin. (Like @Kurisan).

Concealing that you are a ryujin is a thing though....
