    How so?
    According to wookieepedia, their skin color can be green, yellow, brown, orange, or red. The brown and orange ones can be seen in The Clone Wars cartoon. So as long as they're reptilian and one of those colors, then it looks good to me.

    The face is too flat.

    Look at Bossk, and Trandoshans in the TV shows. They don't have flat faces.
    Trandoshans also only have 3 digits. The ones in the picture seem like they have more, though it's hard to see exactly.

    Also, aren't they meant to be as tall as Wookiees?

    It's possible these are Saurins, that would make more sense.
    But they also have a more extended face.

    So I ended up reading that massive spoiler leak that's been making the rounds, and if it's true...
    Never would've guessed that Abrams was a fan of "The Glove of Darth Vader" series.

    Well it wouldn't be any different to having two types of Zabrak.

    I'd hope Filoni & Favreau have enough sense to respect the canon (especially Filoni, he'd be contradicting his own shows after all), so there's presumably going to be some explanation in the show.

    Really? Because I heard that he made a fortune by opening up a cardboard bossk factory.
