I am gonna ask this here, since I think it got overlooked in the March Meeting thread, where did the money I apparently sent to the wrong address for patches go?
I just saw that thread and didnt realize people had sent money already. We had to change to a new paypal account because of some technical difficulties in transferring the account. The new account is rmfftreasurer@yahoo.com The old account is still owned by Kim. I will see if I can get her to transfer the funds.
April Treasury report: Starting Balance: $442.76 March Meeting: $21.00 Patch purchase: -$416.30 Patches bought (paypal): $194 - This includes an extra donation of $30. Patches bought (cash): $173 - This doesn't go into $4, but it's what I got. April meeting: $31.00 Current Balance: $445.46 The treasury still owes Jeff $100 for buttons, so the effective balance is $345.46
I would like to add that jt and I sold a coin for $10 to someone. Not sure if the RMFF paid for the additional coins or how that worked out I don't see it listed.
Treasury update as of June 17, 2013: Starting Balance: 345.46 Payment for DCC prizes: -100 Two patches purchased at DCC: +8 Pending payment to Zoo for photo equipment: -$50 Effective current balance: 199.46 June meeting non-raffle - +$26 Total balance is now $225.46!
We made $29 from the non-raffle last month, so the new total is $263.01. Do Garage Sale proceeds go to the Treasury?
Total, final garage sale proceeds are $220 as Nikki has donated $10 from the sale of a coffee table back to the RMFF. Thanks, Nikki! I'll paypal it to rmfftreasurer@yahoo.com sometime this week.
Okay great! Just a reminder for anyone who sends money to the treasury: please post here if you do it. I can't get the notifications sent to my regular email because that is also my private paypal address. I will try to check that email account every so often, but its best if it's just posted here and I can see it.
