Umm, really unless there was another stupid battle between them were Anakin has to seriously lose because it makes no sense my powers have doubled since that random battle on the Pyke homeworld.

And have you but not forgot when OBI- wan says this time we do it together? I mean really what else would of that been?

    Lol.

Take the power doubling quote however you want, but it can go both ways. Either literal like you seem to be fixated on or how Darth Kickass said it was in a bravado-type way.

As for the Pyke homeworld battle, that is part of the Bonus Conent which many of us have not seen and don't want it spoiled...something you have just done. So thank you for that.

I'm kind of done arguing with you on this topic, you clearly don't want to see any other viewpoint than your own.

I knew I didn't remember that battle. Watch what you post Darth Wookiee. Many of us prefer NOT to be spoiled on the final episodes of The Clone Wars we are going to get. You should go back and spoiler tag your post. And have you seen the episode itself, because for all you know is it really random? (I mean, I will find out on Friday but I doubt it is just "random".)

It's fine. It wasn't anything major anyway. You could sort of piece it together from the trailer in a way. Just be careful you don't do it for something major without spoiler tags outside of the Germany thread.

Does anyone know if Clovis arc should be watched before all the other Season 6 Arcs?

The Clovis arc absolutely takes place BEFORE the episode Revival. Palpatine and Yoda still have their older character models. But to be specific, Palpatine's character model is the same that appeared in the Rako Hardeen arc, as well as being voiced by Abercrombie. Where the Clovis arc fits is not yet clear (to me).

Just because the character models are different doesn't mean it takes place that far back....as long as there are no continuity errors, we can just place it before the Order 66 arc for now.

Just finished the Clovis arc. I don't think there are any technical continuity errors. Im not as good with the animation specifics as some.

But it definitely feels like it should go earlier. In season 5. Their is a line of dialogue spoken by Obi-Wan that, to me, absolutely puts it before the final Maul arc.

So if characters models doesn't matter i guess we could place the Malevolence arc before the Fugitive Arc ? :p

Despite being made earlier than the other episodes and having older character models, there was nothing in the story that made me feel like these have to take place before Ahsoka's final arc. In fact, the complete absence of her would be kind of strange if placed before the season 5 finale. I'd also like to think that some of Anakin's anger comes from her leaving.

Obi-Wan does sort of casually mention Satine, but it could very well be after her death and he is simply more of a Jedi than Anakin is and is able to accept her loss and speak about it rather than bottle it up.

Yes, thats possible. It really doesn't feel that way to me. It doesn't feel like composure as much as pure apathy if it comes after Satine's death. Which is possible and would be one more example of how F'd up the Jedi are. But really, it seems to me to be a good reminder of Satine's existence to lead us into the Maul arc. Combined with the Abercrombie voice. For one thing. I don't much care for just how incredibly different the Tim Curry voice is. Its a very jarring change. I wouldn't want to change to it, then change back, then change back again.

So if there is no good reason why it SHOULD be after the end of season 5, then I definitely put it in season 5.

Nothing in the Clovis arc explicitly places it, not even the mention of Satine. Until we are told otherwise explicitly, I am going to assume it takes place after the Order 66 arc. A lot of our guesses and speculation were originally ignored, with only a handful of eps occuring out of order in the show as a whole officially. I'm all for personal timelines (Check Lit, I've got an ultimate one there), but I'm not going to change the placement of the Clovis arc without official reason to do so. I also like it close to the end of the war, as events in the arc will leave the separatists with limited resources for continually waging the war.

Droid gunships and super tactical droids were in the Clovis ARC so it is after Onderon and not directly after A Friend in Need.

I'm still placing it first in S6 followed by Mace/Jar Jar and then Order 66. It def. ends with Yoda arc though.

I really hope there's some official clarification for the placement of the Clovis arc in the chronological order. The fact it was supposed to air in season five coupled with the older character models really makes me feel it should be put somewhere in S5's order. Also it wouldn't be outside the norm for this series to air episodes out of order. When Leland Chee wrapped up his blog posts on Chronicling the Clone Wars I asked him in the comment section if he would be making any new posts about the BC's placement and he replied he would if necessary. To me it seems necessary.[face_dunno]
