You didn't like the air vent scene?

 

I couldn't help but laugh at it.

Writing Star Wars has made me a lot more tolerant of blatantly reusing lines like that, because now I understand just how tempting it is to do.

IT'S NEVER A GOOD IDEA ANAKIN

 

The part with Anakin and Obi driving the crystal was pretty funny.

 

I laughed really hard in the fourth episode when

the battle droid goes, ""Sir, there’s no sign of the Jedi. We even did a thorough scan of the ventilation ducts!" Very genre savvy, that.

Also I just want to call attention to Anakin's sassy pose here

 

It was some good fun and bonding.

 

When will the forth episode be uploaded? It still shows a clip for me.

I also liked Ob-Wan waving at Grievous as he and Anakin "drove' the crystal. Very much so.

As to the conversation, sigh...me likes. The only thing that might have improved it - MIGHT have - is if Obi-Wan had said/emphasized "YOU could never disappoint me, even if your actions did."

 

So all in all how did you like the arc.

 

So for those who liked the "Campfire" scene and thought it validated the final Season 5 episode. Why was that? I wasn't here when the episode first appeared a long time ago.

 

We explicitly got how it affected Anakin.

(That and a bunch of people here are haters about the whole thing. )

 

Yea it did tug at the heart strings for me. I was awww Ahsoka :: hangs head ::
I wasn't expecting him to go into all that. I mean he really must have missed her.

 

I was both pissed at Anakin for being a a selfish ******* about it and also feeling bad for him at the same time because he sounded so hurt about it.

Yea he completely flipped going from "I just miss her, alright" to the disappointment undertones he leveled on her. I don't think he had told anyone that he missed her. I wonder if he looked for her at all.

 

It was almost polar opposites.

 

I could go into one of my things where I jump into a character's head and explain what I think is going on in it, but it's late and I'm too tired. Besides, I think I've been pouring all of that part of me into my Barriss Offee thing.

The musical elements of "The Tusken Camp/The Homestead" and "Palpatine's Theme" during the campfire scene were fantastic.

 

I think it was just him dealing with that. It's not like he had anyone to go and kill to take out his frustration. She is the only living "self-dissapoint" at this point through ROTS of his.

In reality he "just misses her ok?"

 

I took Anakin's "disappointment" references to be projecting his own issues more than anything else - the questions he asked Obi-Wan had clear undertones of "I already think you'd see me as a disappointment if you knew all the things I had done."

Despite the fact that they were talking about Ahsoka, that scene wasn't about Ahsoka at all. It was about Anakin and Obi-Wan.

On my second watch when I noticed the super-subtle Sith theme...oh man. It was perfect. I love that subtle version of the Sith theme. It was used great in the Yoda arc, too.

 

Speaking of Barris Toffee was is that getting updated.....you're killing me you're really killing me (think of the little kid from Daddy Day Care)
