This is going to be interesting. Our first look at Obi-Wan and Anakin as master and apprentice outside of the Clone Wars, and our first story set in between TPM and AotC, which was probably one of the most underdeveloped eras in Legends.

 

This makes me very happy. Marvel is doing a pretty good job overall.

 

This will be interesting. Especially now that we know where it's all going.

One of the weaknesses of the old PT EU is that they started writing post-TPM material to lead into Episode II... without knowing what Episode II would be about. (And the same thing with most of the old Clone Wars EU being written before knowing the outcome).

 

YES! some PT stuff in the new canon!!!! Dark Disciple aside this is going to be great and i think gives us all hope that the much wanted Dooku story and his fall to the dark side may still happen!!

 

Oh yes, yes, yes, this makes me happy!

 

I wonder if it will cover Anakin's Jedi trial in any way? that would be interesting.

Is this going to be a mini? There is definitely room for an ongoing series with these two as the leads (set inbetween Ep. I and II).

Are we probably not going to get another ongoing series from Marvel for awhile?

It's a mini. But it so could have been an ongoing.

And I mean really long ongoing.

So excited for our first fully PT comic and look at the era between AOTC and TPM!

Looking forward to a series that doesn't constantly remind us that Anakin is a psychopathic killer in the making.

Charles Soule and Marc Checchetto, WOW! Talk about a dream pairing. And to all those who were worried that they were ignoring the PT-era, here you go.

 

This is going to be so awesome.

 

I am happy they finally start to fill in this time period that we have nothing on.

 

Marvel have been known to upgrade minis to ongoing.... if it sells really well!

True. The more I thought about it after I posted that it could have been an ongoing the more I realized that they probably want their next ongoing to be set after Ep. 6.

 

I think they should have an ongoing in all 3 eras.

 

Can I have more Lando instead please? I have seen enough Young Vader stories for several lifetimes.
