I'm at a rehearsal right now and one of the musicians asked me about R1. We had a pleasant discussion and then out of the blue he says "TFA is way better than those remakes." I said "remakes?"
"Oh, I mean those prequels." He says.
I calmly stuck up for the PT. And he says "Disney did it way better than Lucas."

*sighs*

I mentioned that TFA is awfully similar to ANH. He agreed but went back to putting down the PT. Tbh, it made me feel bad. I'm tired and a bit stressed and this discussion was exhausting.
