Full Series Star Wars Rebels Season 3 Discussion (Spoilers Allowed)

I noticed that too. And I do believe it's him. I wonder if he and Rex will encounter each other?

 

My guess is that the Maul/Obi-Wan fight is in one episode (not the season finale), since it seems like only Ezra will go there (We see him finding the holocron and then piloting a ship alone and the holocron is with him) and I think he'll sue some force mumbo jumbo to track Obi-Wan using the Holocron. I think that they big space battle will be in the season finale.

 

That doesn't mean that Thrawn is part of the Tarkin initiative though. According to the Rogue One visual guide they also serve as bodyguards for high ranking fleet officers.

 

I wonder if the Battle of Atollon will be the season finale?

 

They need to kill off Sabine soon. Her character is stretching credibility to the breaking point IMO

This baffles me since a post below this you say you're a fan of TFU, which was easily the king of stretching credibility of even being star wars.

Fortunately, that's not going to happen.

 

The closest I ever came to even touching TFU was Soul Calibur IV, which had Darth Vader, Yoda, and Galen Marek (billed as "The Apprentice" in this game) as guest characters.

Sabine doesn't need to be killed off. Her characer is growing and is in no way effecting canon. She's also Mandalorian; so if your worried as to why she is so strong you shouldn't forget that they are trained from a young age to fight, not to mention her training at the Imperial Academy. I doubt they will kill her.

Very cool trailer! Let's hope that the rest of the season actually delivers. I hope Tarkin starts playing a major role. His appearances (or rather, lack of) in this season have been very disappointing.

I would say having Sabine become Mandalore is not a great thing. You can only stretch the suspension of disbelief with kids ruling planets only so far.

I have no problem with her learning, using and keeping the Darksaber and getting her people to stand against he Empire but her becoming Mandalore is just some sort of pandering.

 

I sometimes wonder how familiar people are with real world history. While I don't think Sabine will immediately become Mand'alor, it's actually not that farfetched for young rulers, especially in militaristic and monarchic societies.

 

So, if Rebels year is -2 BBY, i've got just one question, where are the X-wing ?

Dodanna's there, as is Wedge. We'll probably see some X Wings soon. Seeing the TIE Defenders before the X Wings would be weird.

 

I mean in the big rebel fleet in the trailer with mon mothma, i don"t see X-wing. I thought a book would have answer that question, or maybe they just didn't show them.
Do we know how the rebel got the X-wing ?

 

Some scenes look taken from the first half trailer . We don't see any CIS Vulture Droid starfighters in this trailer correct? Yet they should be forthcoming.

 

Considering that the TIE Defender is flanked by two TIE Interceptors in one shot, I think the pilot of the Defender might be Vult Skerris.

 

It'll be hilarious if the season finale is an hour long DBZ style fight between Maul and Obi-Wan.

 

That isn't even Maul's final form.
