So did the Dread Masters see the Emperor's Zakuul plan? I always think they were already planning on betrayal right after they were freed.
Like it says, it's apparently possible to start the Iokath storyline without finishing the previous ones... for some reason.
I love the medieval knight look on the Helmets of the Sith. Also I hope the statue means Revan is coming back to cannon
SWTOR concept art always looked cool. Too bad the in-game engine and story can't match up to the artwork. Or they often save the better designs for the cartel market. I do wonder what state the game will be in by the end of the year. The Zakuul storyline is mostly played out, and not sure they can call KotET a success. Iokath sounds interesting, but I'll wait to see how much other content they can come up in six months before resubbing (the current gear system is still really annoying).
Knowing my luck and lack of skills in PvP Iokath will be the most challenging planet of them all for me... The Concept Art is amazing as always, but it is so for most games and films. Can't wait for the Revan statue but won't be able to afford it at launch but by the time I manage to save the money would be sold out
No, the balance of the Force is a property of the Force itself. The Force covers the entire galaxy/universe so its scope is obviously greater than any one individual ( no matter how grandiose or narcissistic ). It is made clear that the Sith threaten the balance of the Force and that by the same token the restoration of balance becomes dependent upon the removal of the Sith ( an entity or entities external to the self ).
Oddly, you've identified precisely nothing about it which fails to make sense. What makes no sense whatsoever is "the balance is WITHIN ONESELF". So when the characters in the films talk about the balance of the Force, or the Force being out of balance, who specifically are they talking about? The balance, apparently, is within someone's self. ( Apparently someone named 'Force', inconveniently enough. ) So who is this person?
The Force is something which contains the entire light and dark, all the good and evil of the universe. The idea that it is something that can be affected by the Sith or Jedi as a whole is extremely questionable, especially when it exists across the universe. I think the Balance to the Force should refer to the Balance in the Chosen One. Luke brought it back. But that's off topic.
Interesting. Definitely staying with the Republic on my Jedi Guardian (even though he arrested Saresh and is upset at Master Satele's fall from grace). But my Smuggler is totally going Sith Empire. He likes Acina and had Saresh shot on sight.
My Guardian will (most probably) honor the alliance between him and Acina (who after all saved his life on Voss). My character considers her leadership as a big chance for the Empire. With the reformed Empire it also should be easier to keep the peace in the Galaxy... I am little afraid how it might affect some future companions but I think it will be good for story (more drama!).
