What sucks is I needed the nap due to a lack of sleep last night, but yeah, pretty woke up feeling worse than I did getting into bed. My grandfather is letting borrow something he takes, which is 100% safe or he wouldn't be doing this, to see if it can help my body relax more at night so I can get a full night of sleep. Being in constant pain since October is starting to take a tool on my body, I believe.

Anyway, it's midnight now, so I'm off to sleep


I actually watched some more Tintin today, Flight 714 to Sydney. It's my favourite of all the Tintin books/episodes, even if it is filled with bizarre moments. There are a bunch of characters, so a lot of them just end up standing around doing nothing in the second half.

The plot itself is kinda weird and small-scale too, with a lot of running around on a jungle island. There's weird stuff with truth serums and then it goes super bonkers towards the end when it veers into 'Ancient Aliens' stuff.

It carries itself off pretty well, and that unusual tone always appealed to me. The surrealism in the climax is so creepy and effective too:


Anyways, I'll be off now (hopefully I won't linger around for ages like last night ). I should be able to pop in in the morning for a bit, then who knows when I'll next be able to check up. Sunday will be even busier, that's the wedding day (there's gonna be dancing I here, woop! I very much enjoyed the dancing at the last wedding I went to, used up a lot of energy ).
