I still haven't seen the Sopranos but I know the ending and I think it sounds awesome.

 

Coolest thing I learned today:

When Jon stands and yells at the dragon he is not simply being defiant in his moment of death. He is yelling, "Go! Go!" to Arya, he is distracting the dragon so she can get by and do her thing.

man, i don't know. now you've got me watching the scene over and over and i'd say those fans are reaching. doesn't sound like he says "go" to me at all, and i see no evidence that arya's anywhere near him. i also don't think she needs jon's help to be sneaky.

 

Someone noticed a White Walker-as-Arya in that scene too. Clearly that's the answer...

Yeah I'd need to hear Benioff and Weiss actually confirm that they intended Jon to be distracting the dragon for Arya's sake. I could see it being the case, I'm just not actually sure if that's what was intended.

As to Arya sneaking up, I have no problem. As pointed out, they're in a courtyard and there are a bunch of trees around and she's an assassin. I think she just leapt into the tree then down. Easy.
