But someone (I think Maz?) narrates Leia is using the last of her strength to reach out to Kylo. Right when he has a chance to kill Rey. Leia dies, he reacts, weakly drops his saber, and Rey grabs it and stabs him with it.

Also it is kind of ambiguous, at least to me, if he just spares Rey himself or it is because of Leia's gesture that he doesn't strike.

 

Please Disney, don’t ruin future Old Republic as well.

You have the potential to make amazing Star Wars films.

 

And ironically enough, the merch sales are tanking because no one gives two craps about these new characters or the movies they are in. For example, for some odd reason no one bought the Rose toys after TLJ. I can't imagine why.

 

And supposedly this makes Rey bad. When Kylo was about to kill her.

 

That's the thing, I think he probably wouldn't have.

But with Rey, she is a Jedi so I get why she would be regretful. She is above that. It was kind of a cheap shot.

Also Kylo wants to turn Rey, not kill her. If that is any different...

But I'm not helping anything by arguing this.

 

Luke was wasted in the entire ST he's useless, Anakin=PT and outside of voices the all avoided PT stuff. The Emperor should never have been brought back no build up to it either very forced and the lack of explanation to his return is another major fail.

lol yeah I keep seeing these arguments and I keep not buying the logic that Rey is somehow bad for striking at the psycho that was about to kill her, particularly in the same exact movie that pretends Kylo is a victim and deserves all of our pity and emotional investment.

People are saying he’s about to kill her here, not turn her.

 

Or that we never got to see Anakin or Obi-Wan force ghosts in this film... It's infuriating!

 

Lot of soundtracks these days seem to have no percussion and it's just unfocused ambiance. And when they do have percussion, it's just erratic garbage button pressing.

I'm a layman caveman when it comes to understanding music theory and rhythm, so some expert please analyze any grains of truth or state otherwise.

 

As long as KK, JJ, or RJ are involved, don't hold your breath for anything other than the kiss of death. Lucasfilm needs a serious shake up at the top badly.

 

Wait, so am I right in apprehending that this film begins on yet another desert planet virtually indistinguishable from Tatooine, and then ends....on Tatooine?

And he states directly he isn't seeking to fullfill Palpatine's request but rather rule alongside her.

I'm confused about Palpatine saying this at the start of the film though... maybe it was part of the ruse.

 

Lando deserves it more than her. Chewie and Lando should end up together with the Falcon. Anakin and "Ben" shoulda been ghosts in the end scene.

 

It starts in that red forest setting, then Exegol, then the Resistance base in the forest.
