Vader only gets one good throw of Ahosoka, most of the duel she is in control and then she cuts his mask:

She literally isn't. The video is right in front of you. She was "in control", if you can call it that, exactly for the first 10 seconds. Then she was retreating the entire fight. She managed to cut his mask only because Vader turned his back and was busy pulling the holocron out of Ezra's hand. Stop lying.

Yeah, we get it, cool Inquisitor jobbed, you like his design - but it's not unfounded.

There is more to your abilities than the title. Ahsoka was as skilled as a Jedi Knight. Technicalities are irrelevant. There was an entire episode and an entire series before that devoted to her training. Not every Inquisitor was a Temple Guard. That was only The Grand Inquisitor, as far as we know. Every other Inquisitor in canon has been a former Youngling, or a Padawan. And why Ahsoka's training is superior to that of an ordinary Jedi has been thoroughly explained by me and the show.

The Inquistor knew who she was which indicates he was Temple Guard or someone other former Jedi. So he should have had a proper fight with her, and when his mask came off Ahsoka frowns, knowing who it is. But nope, why not allow her to preform a Flawless Victory instead.

That's headcanon. There is literally a list of surviving Jedi and their description. He was there, because the guy ratted her out, and he told him her description, which was in the Imperial Databases. Nothing whatsoever indicated that he was a Temple Guard. The only Temple Guard who became an Inquisitor that we know of was The Grand Inquisitor.
Yep, why not. It was pretty cool. Inquisitors are jobbers. Always have been. His role in the story was to show you the difference between the Jedi, their values, their calm and focus, balance, and contrast it with their anger, hate, ego, unbalanced and clouded judgement, that takes the better of them.

Inquistors are trained by Lord Vader..

Relegating them to jobbers is stupid. How then did they hunt down and kill Jedi if they can be powned so easily? Ugh..

The Inqusitors are weak jedi hunters. Its why they always hunt Jedi padawans while Darth Vader hunts jedi knights and masters.

I have complained enough about the new canon’s version of Inquisitors, as I don’t think they make for a challenging foe. Nevertheless, the fact that they are not very strong has been repeatedly pointed out, in Rebels and other media, and dealing with them should be a piece of cake for someone like Ahsoka.

Ahsoka was properly trained by Anakin; on the other hand, Vader never cared about properly training the Inquisitors.

Proof Vader didn’t care aboit properly training Inquistors? You mean he doesn’t want to make weapons to hunt down Jedi or insure none of former Jedi Inquisitors relapse to Lightside tendencies? Not buying it:

I remember Filoni justifying the weak Inquisitor concept with the excuse that the Emperor didn't want them to be powerful enough to betray him and Vader, or something like that.
But I honestly can't be bothered to find you "proof" of that. Maybe someone else here can find that quote?

If you are afraid of them being “powerful enough” to overthrow you, you arn’t powerful. If the Emperor and Lord Vader are so powerful, they would never fear the rise of a powerful Inquisitor.

I agree actually. As I said before, I've complained about the Inquisitors as they are portrayed now.
But it's what it is, and at the very least, they've been consistent with the concept. Ahsoka easily kicking their asses does not break any of the new rules.

Anyway, I only found the first episode lackluster. Kinda tired of all this baby cutesy things after The Mandalorian, lol. Especially in contrast to how utterly serious the rest of the series was. The episode does set up the central themes of Star Wars and what this series is also about: life and death, natural order of things, acceptance of death, letting go of fear. The animation and music were beautiful. Indeed, Miyazaki influence is evident, Filoni is a fan of him. Ahsoka herself was based off of Princess Mononoke, and there was an homage to that in The Jedi episode of The Mandalorian, too. But it was kinda eh. Didn't do it for me. I'd like an episode where Plo Koon finds Ahsoka instead, the one where she was almost kidnapped by a Jedi impostor. I remember Filoni talked about it during the Clone Wars days. I am even surprised Filoni didn't include Plo Koon. Or maybe make an episode about Ahsoka and Barriss? Have Ahsoka be Qui-Gon to soon to be disillusioned Barriss' Dooku. Poor Barriss — completely forgotten, lol. Unless she pops up randomly in the Ahsoka series.

Anyway, that was great. 9/10, the first episode didn't do it for me, otherwise spectacular. Hoping for S2, about more ancient characters.

Perhaps she uses the Force to snap the Disc-Staffsaber in half and uses it to fight The Inquisitor who has the other half. It would be visually interesting.

Your opinion, not mine. Seeing Ahsoka then take those two blades to purify them would have been a nice touch aftee a duel.

Does anybody else find it weird that the one Jedi got brought back to the temple to be buried in episode 3, but Qui-Gon Jinn was burned on Naboo for some reason.
