The Senate sure rose up in TBB S2 E8 when things started to get out of hand.

 

Mas Amedda from Clone Wars to Bad Batch.

 

Mas Amedda looked great in this. Hope we see him in Andor S2.

 

I think now Mas Amedda was the unseen at the center during Mon Mothma's speech. We heard him mentioned in Andor season 1, wonder if tony would use Mas Amedda as proxy to not use Palpatine. As seen in these episodes it's mostly just Mas dealing with the senate while Palpatine only comes out if he must. Like when it was said he adressed the senate after the Aldani job.

 

I am so glad that we finally see Mas Amedda again in these last Bad Batch episodes. This is a character who is most sidelined, and yet he played a big role in the rise of the Empire and knows everything about Sheev’s plans. I hope too we will see him again in Andor season 2 since he was mentioned in season 1.

 

To think he has been around since 1999 TPM as Palpatine's aid.

 

Wonder why Palps didn't use the time, when the senate was closed down after the duel with Yoda, to introduce the new senate pods, seen in Andor.

Would have been an interesting symbol for the Republic turning into the Empire.

I hope see more Senate scenes in season 3.

 

Me as well. It's funny as twenty years ago I wouldn't be as intent to listen to any senate speeches like I am now. Now my jaw drops and ears peek up the moment Mass Ameda or Mon Mothma show up.

 

One of the recent reviews said Sidious was as chilling if not more than ever. So that sounds exciting to me.

 

I wonder if Riyo Chuchi will make her appearance soon in season 3. Season 2 showed us she’s now an ally of Rex’s network of clones.

 

We know we go back to Coruscant this season. I wouldn’t at all be shocked if she dies.

 

I doubt they will kill her off yet when they can use her for more dark times stories.

 

Damn I hope not, my son loves her! She can help fill Padmes void in the Rebellion.

 

Again it doesn’t make logical sense for her to die not yet anyway

 

You got 15 more years before the Rebellion so she can be alive until then.
