I didn't say you did. I said I don't think those few similarities really mean anything, because they're pretty obvious plot points any given writer might include independently of any other story happening to use them.

  3. Panaka joined the Empire in Legends

The Gungan campaign of Galactic Battlegrounds occurs in 3000 BBY so that happens after SWTOR Era is Finished i find it interesting maybe some Gungan Gods like Mekamok appeared during that time

Loved the Retcon in Legends that Sariss from Dark Forces 2 appears in ANH she is the Blonde Girl who appears near of the Imperial Spy Garindan well she was Sariss in Legends

In Star Wars Lethal Alliance we see a cameo of Kyle Katarn he appears with a beard but i think that this introduction occurs before Dark Forces 1 the interesting thing about this is that Coruscant appears and looks like in the Prequels and you can see the Jedi Temple of the Prequels its interesting to see Kyle Katarn in a place more like the Prequels in the same Game you can play on the Planet Danuta in 3D

SWTOR is the only Game in the Old Republic Era in Legends where you can play on Coruscant also other Planets with little presence in Games like Alderaan, Nal Hutta or Corellia

The framing device for Renegade Squadron is Tionne investigating the war from a Jedi Temple on Coruscant, even more curiously.

Actually I headcanon that maybe the Gungan Gods are imprisoned in Belsavis vaults containing ancient horrors, Rakatan tech and worse. [face_whistling]

    https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Ossorus

And Ossorus, the gungans holy mythological city of the gods sounds suspiciously like "Ossus" to me... but as far as we know Ossus has no underwater city protected by Sando Aqua Monsters... hmmm.. [face_thinking] unless...
It does have oceans... before the cataclysm. And Gungans rever some non-Gungan stone heads and statues as their gods after all... that are quite human(oid), if one interprets the Neimoidian-esque eyes as closed lids.

Gungan gods thus might be actually ancient Jedi from Ossus, with the city being just their interpretation based on their culture.
But wait for it! We do know of a Jedi that had left for Naboo, a Jedi who may or may not have been on Ossus once and whose mother definitely had been. Vima Sunrider! Who along with her Master Ulic Quel-Droma had carved giant Jedi statues into Rhen Var's mountains with her lightsaber during their training. Giant statues not unlike those found on Naboo in the swamps and valley of the Gods...

Thus, how many Jedi did leave with Vima Sunrider on the Grizzmaltian Expedition to colonise Naboo? Bringing stories of Ossus and their past to it that distorted became Gungan mythology.

So these Jedi trained a Gungan in the Force and he became a Force Ghost after death? Does that confirm my theory?

    PS: https://boards.theforce.net/threads...legacy-and-the-dai-bendu-connection.50058222/

As of this topic of mine, I think the statues of Naboo are older than the Jedi arrival then and some new ones may have been added later on depicting more human characters while the oldest statues show the Kummumgah / Dai Bendu.

According to Atton Rand in KOTOR2, many non-Force-sensitives believe that the Jedi and Sith are equally bad, inscrutable wizards constantly fighting meaningless wars that trample ordinary people underfoot.

Under Imperial law, a hypothetical bride to the Galactic Emperor would legally be the groom's property.

  9. Quinlan Vos Son Korto Vos was born in the same year as Luke and Leia in 19 BBY i wonder what happened to Korto Vos where he was during the OT or the New Jedi Order Era?

There is a Tales Story of C-3PO being destroyed and found by some Aliens the absence of C-3PO in Legacy Comics makes me wonder if C-3PO was destroyed and thats why only R2-D2 appears in that Story

M4-78 was a legendary planet of droids, named after the droid who controlled it. It was only mentioned once, in MedStar: Intermezzo (a piece of art in its own right, go track it down and read it in case you haven't), but it was supposed to feature in KOTOR II before being cut from that game, with an absolutely fascinating back story.

    https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Beldorion

This guy, a Hutt Jedi, served 400 years before the Empires foundation... so technically, Beldorion the Hutt was a Jedi of the Golden Age of the High Republic and faced probably Nihil, Drengir and the Path of the Open Hand, if they recanonise him or you follow One Canon!

There was a time when they did not dare to create more Wookiee Jedi... but would they do a Hutt Jedi now? Hmmm... somebody tell them!

    PS:

The Jedi training ship Chu'unthor crashes on Dathomir in the year 230BBY in Legends, also during the High Republic Phase 1, the same year that Starlight Beacon is destroyed! So guess Yoda's absence from time to time may have tied into that even in the background!
Did it crash because of the Hyperspace Disaster maybe?

  13. Its curious how Luke in Dark Empire faced Sedriss QL he was a descendant of Ulic Qel-Droma and later Luke and his Jedi faced Exar Kun Force Ghost and Anakin/Vader encountered Ulic Qel-Droma Force Ghost during the Clone Wars in the EU/Legends Universe

Palpatine "created" the Rebellion in Legends he commanded Galen Marek to gather all possible traitors also i think Palpatine was Toying with Galen Marek in their Fight in TFU 1 Dark Empire Palpatine would have defeated Galen easily

Duron Qel-Droma had a Force Vision of the Jedi Civil War and Revan defeating Malak

The Perfect Evil Manga must take place after TFU 2 since in there Vader is still looking for apprentices and finds and trains a boy named Tao whatever happened to the Galen Marek Clone that Manga Story must happen after TFU Games in my opinion

I just recently learned that there are no less than three contradictory explanations for why the Naga Shadow-era Sith Empire fell. They all agreed that the Republic pursued the retreating Sith back to their holdings in a counter-invasion, but as to what happened next...

    * The original comics say that the Sith wiped themselves out in a power vacuum and the Republic barely had to do anything.
    * The initial version of TOR said, by contrast, in one of their less finer moments, the Republic initiated a massive, state-sanctioned extermination campaign against the Sith, including innocent civilians.
    * Later TOR content says that it was a combination of infighting and the counter-invasion, but there being a large deliberate genocide was Vitiate-ist propaganda.

I'm just speculating here, but I have to wonder if the TOR devs made the initial retcon to give players an understandable reason to choose a villain character, then backpedaled on it when they realized they overcorrected made the "good" side TOO reprehensible, kinda like what happened with the "pro-registration" side in Marvel's Civil War comics.

  15. In TCW Anakin and Ahsoka visited Mustafar before Episode 3

Mustafar was the place where Legends Kid Darth Maul grew up when he was trained by Palpatine he learned history there and knew about Exar Kun and Darth Sion later lived in Coruscant

It seems that in the New Canon Darth Maul was a True Sith Apprentice of Palpatine while in Legends he was just a Tool or Spy created by Palpatine and Plagueis

Darth Plagueis appears in Maul Lockdown

Plagueis Sun Guards appear in the Phantom Menace Video Game so Plagueis has something to do with the events of the Game

I want to believe that the Emperor Retreat from Star Wars Galaxies is Cosinga Palpatine Home

In Legends Anakin did not create C-3PO he just found him and repaired it it seems that this is similar in the New Canon but i think the original intention of Episode 1 is that it was really Anakin who created C-3PO

  16. It is curious that TCW Anakin and Obi Wan Armor is very similar to Quinlan Vos Armor i thought that Quinlan clothing was simply the clothing worn by the Kiffar maybe TCW creators like Filoni or Lucas liked Quinlan Vos clothing look and they used it for Anakin and Obi Wan

In one very early (as in, pre-ESB) strip from the newspaper comic, Luke is referred to as the "son of Tan Skywalker." Given that we knew nothing about Luke's parents at this point beyond Vader """""""""killing"""""""""" his father, "Tan" would at this stage have been presumably one of their first names. Obviously that didn't last, but the "Tan" name was not forgotten, and a decades-later reference book revealed it was actually an honorific title for an ace pilot... one of its laureates being none other than Anakin Skywalker.

I believe Mace Windu the Squib has been mentioned here before, so I'll do you one better: one of the HoloNet News articles in Insider relates how Mace Windu, the Jedi, saved the Squib homeworld from the Separatists during the war, and the king declared him an official planetary hero. I would assume the implication is thus that Mace Windu the Squib is actually named after Mace Windu the Human, hero to Squibs!

The rabbit-eared LEP droids from The Clone Wars were manufactured by Coachelle Automata, presumably based on Coachelle Prime, homeworld of Jaxxon and the Lepi.
This always seemed like weird fit to me, since the Squib's full name is Macemilian-Winduarté. It'd be like naming your kid Abrahamington Lincolnista.

  24. I am surprised that in Darth Vader 2017 Comics Jocasta Nu and Ferren Barr knew that Darth Vader was Anakin Skywalker i want to believe that Eeth Koth knew it too i think if you take in reference the Continuity of TCW Anakin was one of the most Respected and Important Jedi so it would make sense that in Disney Canon more Jedi Survivors knew that Vader was Anakin in Legends Anakin spent more time as a Padawan so it would be more difficult to know that Vader was Anakin for the Surviving Jedi in Legends

The Red Hand Squadron of Bria Tharen was mentioned in the first Comic of 1977 Marvel Star Wars

Rufaan Tigellinus was the only person to simultaneously hold the ranks of Grand Admiral and Grand Moff, putting him at the apex of both the Empire's military and political pyramids.

None of it saved him from dying with a thud after he took some extremely bad advice from his old "friend" Grand Moff Disra.
