Sabine being left with a decision to sacrifice her trip to the GFFA and stay with the rock turtle clans and Baylan who is still looking aimlessly around the joint

 

We need an Ezra and Thrawn interaction, Bridger did shoot them off into another galaxy when he went all Force Airbender

That scene when Han, Luke, and Leia show up to save the day and they're then told stand down by Xiono was some really wild stuff.

 

Senator Xiono swooping in on a rancor to save the day was an unexpected yet welcome surprise.

 

Man, I really want one of the characters to say, "Somehow Thrawn returned!" It would be so terrible but also hilarious.

Good to know that I'm not the only one who thought this might be the case. To me, it makes more sense than a bunch of zombie stormtroopers.

 

This would be so incredible, and in such an awesome way.

 

Frankly, I'm a little surprised that Filoni isn't directing this one himself.

But I also consider Rick Famuyiwa to be an upgrade.

Thrawn will reply "a set back Captain but not a serious one, Gideon was expendable even if he didn't see it"...
