She said she is producing the Shawn Levy film. Even if she begins scaling things back the fact she is going to continue to produce Star Wars films years away indicates that Puck News didn't really know what they were talking about. They tried to say she was 'retiring' in 2025. She clearly is not.

Correct. These supposed 'insiders' were trying to get their headlines by saying she was done and out of there by the end of 2025. That is absolutely not the case. She is still going to have a lot to do within Lucasfilm for years to come.

Puck News never said she was retiring. Belloni said she was stepping down from Lucasfilm this year.

@darthvader88 yes they are going to be doing a transition eventually but for the foreseeable future she will still be the CEO of the company.

I prefer them over Kathleen Kennedy even though she is average but not great.

dude…she did not. She said she is not retiring. She said she’s producing Mando and then the Levy movie. She said she will retire in the future and build up a successor and that they will it announce months or even a year before.

Even though she is average has had some good Star Wars content, but I still think we need new leadership.

Thats wont be because of the leadership. Under her leadership outside of Solo all have made billions

 

Fun fact about solo she wanted it moved to December but it was Bob Iger who overrode her. It probably would’ve made an extra hundred million maybe 200 million if it was moved to a better date
