Saw Gererra did nothing wrong

 

Saw Gerrera was the hero the Rebellion had but knew they needed.

 

Gerrera, please right name of our controversial hero right It's wrong in the thread btw...

 

Love his character and personnality... I wish to see him more in the future of this series...

 

We havent seen him in the trailers, but I suspect we will see him sopn again and bigger role this season. With Rex getting more involved and Bail Organa coming in. The Rebellion storyline begins now. Saw Gerrera will come soon again.

 

But no mention of his eye color, eh? Actually looking at that and the fact that it doesn't even mention TCW or Bad Batch, Saw's really been in a lot more onscreen media than I'd consciously realized!

 

I think Saw Gerrera might not ve returning again until the second half of Bad Batch season 2. The First half is mostly Bad Batch doing Odd missions before really joining the early rebel cause and we see Rex and Saw reunite since their First meeting in Clone wars. Maybe we see Bail, Rex and Saw together planning this pre-Rebellion.

 

People are always asking, "What is Saw Gerrera doing when he's not on screen?"

Sounds like there will be a surprise reveal with Saw Gerrera when we see him again in season 2. Maybe flashback with him and Jyn, when he left her.

I'm managing it. Never cared for Saw. He's a murderous lunatic. I just don't get why so many people want to see more of him.

I don’t like him either. Meaning, I don’t think he’s a good dude. But he’s a perfect representation of a fanatical revolutionary that inspires a cult following. It’s his insanity, coupled with a certain strange rhetorical ability, and scary sense of humor, that just make him compelling to watch. He’s a villain working on the good guy side, too. Which adds layers to the villainy, and the good guys. Similar to Luthen. But Luthen, for the most part, is brutal without getting his hands dirty. Saw is in the mud.

 

Drawing comparisons to Blue Velvet, Saw is like Frank Booth (both of whom like to inhale certain substances), and Wilmon is like Jeffrey Beaumont (both are taken for rides against their will). I'm just waiting for Tubes to belt out his own rendition of In Dreams.

 

Plus, it's Forest Whitaker. That doesn't hurt, either.
