What? I think the PT lowered the bar. And Disney is a studio of course they care about Profits mostly, Fan criticism wont matter if the BO and Toy Sales are high if they are not they might matter.

 

something I think we all have to remember, is this rumor about Luke being in episode 7 for two seconds in the end is Just a rumor on a rumor site, there is a really good chance it is not true

 

Sometimes we read what we want guys. Han does not battle Kylo Ren, he verbally confronts him to buy the youngs guys some time. Clearly he is no match for a Force user and gets killed. And Kylo Ren does not appear to be a Vader level powerful character. He is still learning IMO. That´s why Rey can hold him in the duel. But probably we are left with the impression that, have not the superweapon stuff happned, Kylo Ren would have killed her.

This is probably the story of Han and Leia´s offspring. That´s why Han is getting the spotlight. Now, would have I prefered it to be Luke´s offspring story? Sure.

not really it's because they know you can only watch the movie for the first time once and following rumors means you spoil that first viewing.
just like how I don't follow any Avengers 2 rumors/news or watch any teaser/trailers.
