Guardians 2 was amazing! I personally don't get how people enjoyed the first more than Vol. 2. :p

Ah, this ep of Rebels has the Hammerhead corvettes, like the kind seen in Rogue One:

I'd forgotten they debuted in the new-canon here, it's a pretty neat design :)

Edit: Also, Leia a looks a lot older than 15 in this ep. Aren't she and Ezra meant to have been born on the same day?

    @Prime Jedi

I would have had Endgame go like this (assuming no changes from any of the other movies):

    Avengers: Endgame

Opening: Hawkeye's family gets snapped, and we see the immediate aftereffects of the snap. Captain Marvel rescues Iron Man and Nebula. Basically, the first 20 or so minutes are the same. We have all the remaining remaining heroes fly to the new planet that Thanos is staying on. Captain Marvel does recon and still sees nothing there. The heroes fly down to meet Thanos.

Confrontation at the Garden: The Avengers attempt to ambush Thanos while he is cooking breakfast - I thought that was an effective way of emphasizing Thanos's more human side. But this time, it goes differently. Thanos had the drop on them the whole time. He did not destroy the Stones. His use of the Soul Stone enabled him to track their souls as they approached, and he prepared a second trap with the Reality Stone. The Garden DOES exist, and Thanos really was retired there. But before retiring, he messed around with the Soul Stone, entered the Soul World, and was able to retrieve the souls of the Black Order and both of his armies, effectively bringing them back as insurance. Then, he hid them with the same Reality Stone stunt that he pulled on Knowhere. Thanos tells the Avengers that the work is done, and it always will be. He then uses the Space Stone to transport the Avengers back to Earth. Facing a seemingly omnipotent god and his army, the Avengers realize they are outmatched.

    FIVE YEARS LATER

Act One: This still happens. We see the after effects of the Snap in detail again. Ant-Man comes back from the Quantum Realm. Echoing back to Hank Pym's words in the first Ant-Man movie, Scott had been left to shrink for all eternity until the rat accidentally releases him. However, while he was shrinking, Scott caught glimpses of Eternity, the same being that Star-lord had a vision of in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. He brings this idea to the Avengers, who at this point consist of Cap, Widow, Captain Marvel, Rocket, War Machine, and Nebula. Rocket, who alone of the group has seen proof of the Celestials, surprisingly backs up Scott and thinks they should try to find and appeal to these Celestials. Captain Marvel tells them of places Celestial activity may have occurred, and that they should investigate those places for more signs of cosmic entities.

The remaining Avengers then go to bring back Hulk (who is still Professor Hulk), Thor (who is still depressed), Iron Man (who in this version still has Morgan and is reluctant to go), and Hawkeye (who is still Ronin). They also get a boost from Vision, who is brought back in his new white form by Shuri from the backup created in Infinity War.

Act Two: This is basically a cosmic road trip. The Avengers split into groups (Thor, Captain Marvel, Rocket, and Ant-Man all lead the groups) and visit four planets where rumors of Celestial or cosmic entity activity has been rumored or detected. The Avengers bargain and receive the aid of Eternity, Infinity, Entropy, and Death (who in this version is actually Hela - yes, Odin was her father but her mother was Infinity). Thor's group (which includes Hulk and Hawkeye) recruits Hela, Captain Marvel's group (which includes Captain America and Iron Man) recruits Entropy, Ant-Man's (which includes Nebula and War Machine) group recruits Eternity, and Rocket's group (which includes Vision and Black Widow) recruits Infinity. Further, they appeal to the Living Tribunal, who is the representative of TOAA (the Marvel equivalent of God), but he states that Thanos is within his rights to use the Stones and abstains from action - this gives Thanos's quest further legitimacy). And yes, Thanos knows all of this is happening.

Act Three: The Avengers, accompanied by the cosmic beings, go straight back to Thanos. Thanos of course knows that they are coming. The Avengers, having gathered their remaining allies (including all of New Asgard and the Ravagers), take on the army (Cap finally says "Avengers Assemble") but are quickly overmatched. The cosmic entities meanwhile, battle Thanos. In a stunning display of power, Thanos defeats them all easily. But the Cosmic Entities were all a distraction. Right as Thanos finishes defeating Death (Hela), Thor swoops in while Thanos is distracted and knocks the Gauntlet off Thanos's hand. The Gauntlet falls for a brief second, before it is grabbed by Captain America, while Hulk restrains Thanos. It ends with Captain America standing up to Thanos and giving his speech of "as long as one man stands against you Thanos, you'll never be able to claim victory. Thanos breaks loose in a storm of rage and runs Cap through with his sword, but it is too late - Cap has snapped his fingers, bringing all of the snapped back to life.

The ensuing battle brings all of the snapped heroes and living heroes back - the Ravagers, New Asgard, and Sorcerers (who have arrived after transporting the snapped to the fight) rally. Another relay race for the Gauntlet ensues amidst the gigantic fight. Again, it ends up in the hands of Iron Man, who snaps his fingers, sacrificing himself to beat Thanos. Thanos remarks his distraction shows that maybe he was unworthy all along to use the Stones (in a nod to the original comic where he is defeated by his own sense of unworthiness).

The ending is largely the same, except amidst the wreckage of the battle, Winter Soldier sees Steve's Cap gear lying abandoned and takes it to keep it safe and to remember his friend (setting him up as the new Cap).

Watched Timeline last night for the first time in, like, 15 years. Total schlock. Entertainingly bad. Still however superior to The Lost World, as MC adaptations go.

Lol, you don’t have to; do you really know it though? Of all American shows that’s not one I’d expect a Brit to know the theme song of lol.

And ha! We do keep saying 9 needs SOME sort of threat besides Kylo. A bunch of evil Poe clones would do the trick. Furbies might be a hard sell though, too similar to porgs. How bout the porgs attack instead?
Yeah, I don’t get it either. I enjoyed Vol. 2 SOOOO much better than Vol. 1. But that’s me.
Fact. I mean look at him.

See? That could be in the movie too!

Kidding aside if we get to visit Kashyyyk again, or any other prequel planet in 9, I’d be elated. It’s not gonna happen (or at least I’m not even gonna get my hopes up) but I can dream.

Dandy that’s interesting! Like I know y’all get tons of our shows lol but that one in particular was weird to me cause it was rare that I could find that one on reruns.

    more funny Arkham Knight stuff:

Deathstroke: see if you can face me without your car Batman!

LOLOLOL Rocksteady using humour (trolling) in their own game cuz they'd know many people would be pissed that Slade's side mission (remember one of the best hand to hand combatants in the DC universe) gets reduced to those frickin Cobra tanks.

in Marvel terms, imagine you wanted to play...I dunno, Hulk and instead of being able to smash things, you spend your time photographing evidence Peter Parker style. That's Arkham Knight.

    Rocksteady: WWE: Rumble
gameplay: have fun riding a taxi cab as your favourite Wrestling star!

    world: ....

@Valency Jane haha! we even got Days of our lives once! used to be for like 3 hours on a saturday :p
