So they just teased exclusive footage for people attending the opening panel and asked people not to record it. Good luck with that (for the record, I will not be recording on my phone).

 

Not gonna lie Willow doesn’t make much sense at a big Star Wars panel. I have not seen the movie.

 

Absolute home run panel. Never would have guessed Williams and Ford would come

 

It's a great story, the movie has it's flaws but it was definitely one of my favorites as a kid.

 

I haven't told you yet today but I hate you!

 

The clamshell looks pretty empty, where is everyone? did they have just a "panel" first thing or an opening ceremony like in the past?

 

Having only made a streaming room in Orlando, I can’t tell you how happy I was to be in the room at the same time as John Williams and Harrison! That was an amazing panel!!

 

Was everyone surprised they were there? I would've loved to have seen and heard it! how wonderful!!

 

Stop it. I know you want Celebration to be a train wreck to justify you staying home, but it's been an amazing, epic day.

 

The Mandalorian Experience is a MUST. Wow! The stuff they have in there...

 

Someone "dressed" as Geode our loveable Rock at the High Republic panel. Brilliant.

 

I'm gonna try standby for it or the store after HR panel if it's not too bad. Soooo excited for it!

since they called the panel the Lucasfilm showcase, i wasn’t surprised that Willow and Indy were also featured. Although Harrison and John Williams were a thrilling surprise.

 

I was surprised to see empty seats in the rafters at the opening panel this morning. There must have been 150 plus near the corners that I still think would allow viewing the stage and enjoying the panel.

 

Anyone know if the live stage in exhibit hall actually shows the first panel of the day? Luckily I got into the galaxy room for this mornings lucasfilm streaming. But I was thinking Saturday of hitting the live stage for Mandalorian. Sounds like they actually don’t start until 12:30. Which is lame they don’t stream the first panel

 

star wars is good, no I don't want it to flop, i mean it when I say I really hope everyone has a good time! Cele. should always be good, no matter what circumstances arise.

I thought that nothing could top the TFA panel as my best Celebration experience, and now I don’t know how anything will top today’s opening panel AND screening!

Today was my best day in four Celebrations attended! Being in the room for the opening panel and Kenobi screening was a truly amazing experience. I also happened to go the Star Wars Live stage 2 minutes before they brought out Hayden and Ewan so got to watch that interview up close also!
